MLM is an event production company founded in 2016 by Matteo Nardini and Giacomo Maestri.
It was born from a shared vision and a clear need: to build a structure capable not only of imagining projects, but of delivering them with control, consistency and quality.

After gaining experience within some of the leading companies in the industry, the founders developed an approach where execution comes first. Not just ideas, but everything required to make a project truly work: timing, materials, people, and the ability to manage the unexpected.
MLM works directly with brands and companies, while also acting as a production partner for agencies, supporting them in turning concepts into concrete, feasible and well-executed projects.
